Programming + identity
A clear musical point of view connects individual lineups to the larger Infra platform and gives every event a reason to exist.
Owned event platform / Boston
BARORA owns and operates Infra Boston. We handle programming, production, marketing, ticketing and photography across a recurring calendar of electronic music events.

The volume
Infra programs events every week, sometimes two or three in a single week. Announcements, on-sales, artist coordination, venue planning, content and paid campaigns for different dates often move at the same time.
The work is not a sequence of isolated launches. It is a continuous rhythm designed to support each night while strengthening the identity and audience around the platform.
BARORA’s role
BARORA manages the relationships between the lineup, the venue, the campaign, the sale and the room. Each part has a distinct job, but none of them works alone.
A clear musical point of view connects individual lineups to the larger Infra platform and gives every event a reason to exist.
Artist profiles, event writing, social content, email and documentation build context before asking the audience to act.
Targeted Meta campaigns extend strong event stories, support on-sales and help specific programs reach relevant audiences.
Accurate listings, editorial outreach, artist and venue collaboration, media relationships and community sharing create discovery beyond owned channels.
Resident Advisor and other ticketing tools connect listings, ticket structures, on-sale timing, audience communication and performance signals.
Artists, agents, venues, promoters, media partners and creative contributors stay aligned across the campaign and event timeline.
Venue planning, technical communication, schedules, policy messaging and on-site coordination support the room behind the campaign.
Photo and short-form documentation preserve each event while creating a visual record that strengthens the next one.
Organic + paid + earned
Organic channels build the narrative and relationship with the audience. Paid media extends the strongest material toward people likely to respond. Earned visibility adds context and credibility through editorial discovery, trusted listings, artist and venue networks, media partners and community sharing.
Earned attention cannot be manufactured by ad spend. The goal is to give every collaborator and platform accurate, useful material that makes the event easier to understand, recommend and share.

Ticketing + audience insight
Resident Advisor and other ticketing platforms are not treated as administrative afterthoughts. Listing accuracy, artist profiles, ticket structure, timing and customer communication all shape discovery and conversion.
Ticketing behavior, campaign response, audience questions and what happens inside the venue help refine future communication, targeting, programming, production and venue decisions.

Constant improvement
Every campaign and event creates information for the next one. BARORA brings platform data, collaborator feedback and room-level observation together to improve how people discover, understand, attend and remember Infra.
